Suzy lives in Ilkley with her husband and two young daughters. Working from her studio nestled below Ilkley Moor, Suzy takes much of her inspiration from the countryside around her. She also travels throughout the UK to cover portrait shoots, weddings and commercial commissions.

Putting people at their ease, getting the best from her subjects and thinking quickly are all skills Suzy developed over her career as a lawyer, skills which she now finds invaluable in her photography. It's more about people than photography.

Suzy is a Fujifilm Merit Award winner.
